I am glad that you are doing your research! I assure that you will not be disappointed with the process or the results when choosing my office to handle your Divorce Mediation.

I have been handling all phases of divorces for nearly a quarter of a century. As an experienced litigator and trial attorney who has handled thousands of divorces throughout my professional career, I offer you a level of experience and knowledge that most others cannot match.

Most people do not realize that Mediators do not even have to be a licensed attorney! Rest assured, I am! I conduct ALL of my mediations personally. There are no Associates or underlings that will be handling your sessions. Moreover, I personally write all of my divorce agreements and do not "farm out" the writing to paralegals or inexperienced associates. I feel that would be a terrible disservice to my clients. I personally oversee every phase of your mediation from start to finish.

All of my mediations are handled on a FLAT FEE basis. That means you pay one fee from the very start, all the way until you are divorced. There are no "surprise" final bills at the end. I am very up-front about this since we are building a relationship based on trust from the very beginning.

I am very confident that with my years of knowledge and experience, combined with my calm friendly demeanor, I will find a way to resolve your divorce amicably. I have virtually a 100% success rate.
